At the heart of Biras, lies Ikigai. Our hidden gem is characterized by its stunning architecture and Omakase experience (set menu at chef’s discretion). With a 14 course Japanese-Caribbean Omakase, Ikigai is the first to find and develop these unique flavors. Our carefully curated menus incorporate sourced ingredients into exquisitely crafted dishes that reflect Japanese techniques. This experience is limited to only 12 seats, and offer two sessions daily.
We also offer the option of joining us in our terrace lounge, where you will overlook the greatest views in the North Sound, accompanied by a subtle balance of drinks & fine bites a la carte.
