Reservations Information
Deposits
A credit card deposit equivalent to 50% of the total value of the reservation is required at the time of booking. For three nights or less, full payment is required.
For reservations between December 18 and January 3, a 50% deposit of the total value of the reservation is required at the time of booking with the outstanding balance due on or before September 15.
For reservations over the Easter Holiday, a 50% deposit of the total value of the reservation is required at the time of booking. No refunds will be given beyond that date.
Cancellation Information
30 days prior to confirmed arrival date: Full refund, less 5% service charge.
29 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 50% penalty or 3 night’s rental, whichever is greater.
14 days prior to confirmed arrival date: Full payment due.
No shows: Full payment due.
If the stay, once commenced, is cut short for whatever reason, the last seven days are payable in full. Travel insurance is recommended to cover possible loss of your deposit.
Christmas/New Years Cancellation: Cancellation prior to September 15 will be fully refunded, less a 5% service charge. You will forfeit your entire deposit should you cancel beyond this date.
Easter Cancellation: Cancellation prior to February 4 will be fully refunded, less a 5% service charge. You will forfeit your entire deposit should you cancel beyond this date.
Number of guests
Maximum number of three people per suite. Premier Suite rates are based on occupancy of up to four people and can accommodate one additional child. Extra guest beyond 2 per suite (or 4 in Premier Suite) incur an additional charge of $190 per night.
Children
We welcome children six years and older. One child can share a suite. If more than one child, a second suite is required. In the Grand Suites two children may be accommodated and in the Premier Suite, one additional child.
Minimum Night Stays
Premier and Grand Suites have a four night minimum unless booked within 15 days of travel.
Holidays
Minimum of seven night stay is required for periods overlapping Christmas and New Year's. There is a minimum five night stay overlapping the Easter holiday.
Arrivals & Departures
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon. Changing facilities are available for late departures.

All services, including the provisions of food and beverage, are provided under the laws of the British Virgin Islands. As a convenience to guests, Biras Creek Resort's owners, management and staff are pleased to make suggestions and arrangements for island transfers, excursions and other activities. This information does not imply selective recommendation and guests indulge in these pursuits at their own risk so far as Biras Creek Resort (Owners, Management and Staff) is concerned. Transfers
Airport transfers are $95.00 each person round trip. If we have other guests arriving within 45 minutes of your arrival time, we may need to wait for them.
